Belbin Team Roles
The renowned Belbin Team Role model, developed by Dr Meredith Belbin in the late 70’s, describes patterns of behaviour that characterises one person’s behaviour in relationship to another in facilitating the performance of a team. The Belbin methodology enables individuals to:
- Enhance their personal self-awareness
- Understand their team-role identity
- Manage their strengths and weaknesses
- Foster mutual trust and understanding
- Work more effectively in teams
Today, the Belbin Team Role model is used by over 40% of the top 100 companies in the UK, at the United Nations, the World Bank and thousands of other organisations throughout the world to enhance individual performance and build high performance teams.
As the only fully-accredited Belbin consultancy in The Middle East, Dynamic Learning is able to apply this unique methodology to offer team diagnostic information, a full range of advisory reports and conduct Belbin Team Workshops to positively impact individual, team and organisational performance.
